For any customer who has concerns regarding their orders, it is necessary to contact customer service within seven days and provide the relevant order number and photos of the related products. Requests for returns cannot be accommodated if they exceed seven days.
If you discover any damage, expiration beyond the sell-by date, discrepancies, or quality issues with the product upon receipt and wish to apply for a return, please document the condition of the product with photographs and contact customer service within seven days from the day of receipt. Refusing to accept the product upon delivery is not supported.
To ensure food safety, food products must be in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted for damaged, used, or spoiled food products.
Beauty, Cosmetics, Colored Contact Lenses, and Personal Hygiene Items
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than quality issues. Opened or used products will not be eligible for return. Allergic reactions are considered a personal issue and will not be eligible for return. Returns must include the original packaging and must not be opened.
Beauty Devices and Household Appliances
Products with quality issues within the warranty period can be contacted through customer service for returns. Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and warranty cards.
Other Household Items
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than quality issues. Opened or used products will not be eligible for return. Returns must include the original packaging and must not be opened.
Please note that if a customer returns products that do not meet the return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the returned items, and refunds may not be approved.

If customer service confirms that the product meets the return policy, the customer is responsible for returning the product to Bestco Fresh Food Mart - Scarborough 175 Commander Blvd, Scarborough, ON M1S 3M7 within seven days after confirmation.
After the service counter staff confirms the receipt of the returned product, we will refund the actual amount paid for the purchase. Please note: we will not reinstate or refund any promotional codes, discount codes, or coupons used in the refunded order.
Currently, we offer three refund methods: 1) The refund amount will be directly deposited into the customer's online account in the form of electronic cash vouchers for use in future purchases; 2) The amount will be refunded in cash; 3) All refunds will be returned to the payment method of your original payment within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to make final decision on any necessary changes to the return policy and any disputes.
